Plan, supervise, and manage landscape maintenance activities across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties
Ensure the health and aesthetics of all landscaped areas including lawns, plants, trees, irrigation systems, and hardscape elements
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for landscaping works
Monitor irrigation systems, including troubleshooting of pumps, valves, sprinklers, and drip systems to ensure efficient water usage
Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors for execution of landscaping projects and maintenance activities
Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues related to plant health, pest control, soil conditions, and irrigation
Ensure proper use of fertilizers, pesticides, and chemicals in compliance with environmental and safety standards
Manage and supervise landscaping staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to quality standards
Prepare reports, maintenance logs, and documentation related to landscaping activities
Monitor inventory of materials, tools, and equipment required for landscaping operations
Ensure compliance with HSE policies, sustainability practices, and local regulations

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Engineering, Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field
4–8 years of experience in landscape maintenance or facilities management environment
Strong knowledge of:
- Irrigation systems and maintenance
- Plant care, soil management, and pest control
- Landscape design and maintenance practices
Experience in managing landscaping teams and subcontractors
Ability to conduct site inspections and implement corrective actions
Familiarity with sustainability practices and water conservation methods
Good communication and reporting skills
UAE/GCC experience in facilities management is preferred
Valid driving license (preferred)
