Business Development Manager – Healthcare Staffing

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth within the healthcare sector in Saudi Arabia.

This role focuses on expanding our footprint in clinical staffing solutions, working with hospitals and healthcare providers across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development with hospitals and healthcare groups in KSA
• Build relationships with decision-makers for clinical staffing (nurses, doctors, specialists)
• Identify and close opportunities for outsourcing and staffing solutions
• Lead client discussions, proposals, and commercial negotiations
• Position premium staffing services and justify value-based pricing

 Requirements:

• Proven experience in staffing business development  
• Strong exposure to healthcare staffing (clinical focus)
• Experience working with nurses, doctors, and licensed professionals  
• Understanding of Saudi healthcare requirements  
• Existing network within KSA healthcare sector
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to close deals independently
• Arabic language skills are highly preferred
