Project Manager – Labour Accommodation Projects

Location: UAE (Al Layyan & Abu Dhabi)

We are looking for a hands-on construction professional to drive labour accommodation projects from site execution to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site execution
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and workers
• Drive timelines and project progress
• Handle site operations, materials, and follow-ups
• Supervise junior site staff/foremen if required

Requirements

• UAE construction experience
• Experience in labor accommodation, camp construction, prefab/modular, or similar projects
• Strong subcontractor and supplier network in UAE
• Strong site execution and coordination skills
• Practical, hardworking, and able to independently drive projects
