Responsibilities:
Organize and plan warehouse/ location site visits and surveys, conduct training on corporate insurance topics, and support ad-hoc insurance projects.
Supervise policy documentation, premium payment, commission collection, certificate issuance, data accuracy, and claims handling.
Review policy wordings and implement internal insurance guidelines.
Prepare insurance data for risk analysis
Engage comfortably with various functions within the organisation daily, ensuring high-end stakeholder management.
Required Skills
University degree business economics, or similar
Any Insurance qualification will be an added advantage
Strong analytical skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks with a good sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Highly effective characteristics: holistic thinking, accuracy, structured, efficient, flexible, and responsive
Effective communication and ability to work with different levels of seniority.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
