Job Description

Responsibilities:

Implement and support marketing campaigns, develop customer communication programs using our Marketing Automation Platform Pardot, leverage Sales Force to generate effective sales leads and enhance measurement of the effectiveness of the action.

Responsible for managing our digital tools, social media channels, Google AdWords campaigns and will enhance our website using CMS Sitecore tool.

Accountable for all the marketing projects and inquiries across Middle East & Africa region.

Develop the structure, administrate & update local marketing repositories.

Support the preparation of strong value content such as white papers, webinars, videos, and animations as a base for best-in-class digital campaigns

Develop global marketing news updates and execute the marketing strategy in daily priorities that keep the departments functioning and facilitate the duties of the marketing managers.

Support regional events and trade shows in strong cooperation with the business partners, create and update documents and creative files including presentations, reports, spreadsheets, Photoshop editing, html, etc and also proofread and support sales enablement and communication efforts coordinated by other team members.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing / communications / business administration or equivalent

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Marketing Specialist / Generalist within matrix organization in UAE

Hands-on experience in executing Lead generation, & supporting regional events / trade shows

Great passion for branding, creativity, determination to achieve the objective, flexibility, enthusiasm, initiative, ability to problem solve and teamwork

Recent or past experience of working on different marketing tools

Solid experience with MS Office Suite and Adobe Photoshop and has worked on presentations, reports, spreadsheets, Photoshop editing, Indesign html, etc.

Recent or Past experience using web enhancement tools

Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and verbal

Strong writing, editing, and researching skills

High level knowledge of MS Office

High level of customer service ability

Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.

Strong team spirit and high level of customer service ability
