Promote procurement best practices across the organization.
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Management
Lead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle including:
Procurement planning
Market analysis
Supplier prequalification
Strategic sourcing
Tendering (RFI, RFP, RFQ)
Bid evaluation
Commercial evaluation
Negotiations
Contract award
Supplier onboarding
Procurement governance
Procurement compliance
Ensure procurement activities deliver:
Best value for money
Competitive pricing
Quality assurance
Timely delivery
Supply continuity
Sustainable procurement
Commercial & Contract Management
Provide commercial leadership by:
Reviewing commercial terms and conditions.
Negotiating contracts and framework agreements.
Managing contract lifecycle from award to close-out.
Developing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
Monitoring contract performance and compliance.
Managing contract renewals and extensions.
Identifying and mitigating commercial risks.
Working closely with Legal on contract drafting and negotiations.
Ensuring compliance with Delegation of Authority (DoA).
Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
Develop long-term strategic supplier partnerships.
Conduct supplier performance reviews.
Develop supplier scorecards and KPIs.
Manage supplier development initiatives.
Resolve supplier disputes and performance issues.
Identify opportunities for supplier innovation and cost optimization.
Lead business reviews with strategic suppliers.
Monitor supplier compliance with contractual obligations.
Procurement Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with:
Procurement policies and procedures.
Corporate Governance requirements.
Local procurement regulations.
Ethical procurement practices.
Delegation of Authority.
Internal audit requirements.
Client procurement requirements.
Risk management frameworks.
Develop and continuously improve procurement policies, templates and standard operating procedures.
