Responsibilities:
Administer and support Windows Server environments, Domain Controller, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related services.
Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
Monitor and respond to security alerts and maintain endpoint security controls.
Support virtualization platforms and backup systems.
Provide Level 3 and Level 4 user support and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Support network infrastructure, firewalls, and wireless networks.
Assist with infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations.
Maintain technical documentation and procedures.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, or a similar IT role.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, Entra ID, Intune, Defender EDR, Defender for Office 365, Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
