Job Description

Responsibilities:

Laise with agencies to create different marketing assets.

Support in product launch material.

Budget management, PO creation and new vendor registration.

Maintain the budget tracker.

Client portal management and update (registering and training new users).

Website updates and amends.

Laise with sales and product departments to create marketing collaterals.

Designs visual elements for marketing materials, including graphics for social media, website, and print materials.

Maintain updated structured set up for the Marketing folder ensuring all assets are up to date .

Maintains brand consistency in visual assets.

Assist the marketing manager in events planning and execution.

Handles new giveaways production and stock count.

Responsible to prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the department work.

Required Skills:

Ability to convey ideas and prepare briefs clearly and effectively through written and verbal communication.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and task deadlines effectively.

Time management and meets deadlines .

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and quality in marketing materials, campaigns, and communications.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and develop solutions to overcome marketing obstacles and achieve goals.

Arabic is a plus.

Ability to do simple design work (Using illustrator …) is a plus.
