Responsibilities:
Event Based Manpower Forecasting:
Prepare event-wise manpower forecasts based on floor space, type of event, cleaning scope, and service durations.
Align resource planning with historical data and actual manpower performance from past years.
Adjust forecasts according to confirmed bookings and last-minute event changes.
Operational Planning and Coordination
Liaise with housekeeping Management and the operations team to gather manpower requirements and deployment feedback.
Ensure timely communication and release of manpower plans to the internal team and manpower suppliers.
Coordinate closely with the scheduling team to ensure plan execution matches operational needs
Budget & Cost Awareness
Understand the budget assigned for manpower across events and develop plans accordingly.
Monitor deviations from the forecast and escalate variances that may impact financial targets.
Support in tracking cost efficiency on a per-event basis
Report Analysis
Maintain records of planned vs. actual manpower usage for every event.
Assist in generating post-event analysis reports to improve future accuracy.
Highlight patterns or inefficiencies that could inform better resource allocation.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, or related field.
Exposure to budget planning, forecasting tools
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in inventory control, asset tracking, or facility operations.
Experience in using computerized maintenance management systems (e.g., INFO EAM) is advantageous.
Data Analysis and Reporting
MS Excel ( advance functions like pivot tables, formulas )
Knowledge of asset control protocols and inventory management systems.
Ability to generate reports and maintain documentation logs.
Exposure to audit procedures and compliance checks related to housekeeping assets and equipment.
