Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Set up machines before production and make necessary adjustments during operation.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production flow.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Identify and report machine malfunctions or breakdowns to the maintenance team.
• Record production data, machine downtime, and quality issues accurately.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.
