Job Description:-

Basic skills expected from a Skilled VRV/VRF Technician (Execution):

* Install VRV/VRF indoor units independently.
* Install and align outdoor units, including supports and anti-vibration pads.
* Measure, cut, bend, flare and install copper refrigerant piping.
* Carry out high-quality silver brazing with continuous nitrogen purging.
* Install REFNET/Y-joints and ensure correct pipe sizing and routing.
* Install and seal refrigerant pipe insulation to manufacturer’s standards.
* Conduct nitrogen pressure testing and identify leaks.
* Carry out leak rectification and re-testing until the system is leak-free.
* Perform vacuuming using a vacuum pump and micron gauge before refrigerant charging.
* Charge refrigerant as per manufacturer guidelines and assist during commiss
