Responsibilities:
Act as the on-site/on-project supervisory point of contact for the DLP Manager, leading a dedicated team of DLP Executives assigned to a specific project or cluster of buildings.
Allocate daily/weekly workload, snag tickets and service requests among the DLP Executives in the assigned project team.
Supervise and quality-check the work of DLP Executives, ensuring snags and service requests are logged, tracked and closed within agreed SLAs.
Conduct site walks/inspections to verify the accuracy of snag lists and completion reports submitted by DLP Executives before escalation to the DLP Manager.
Consolidate daily and weekly progress reports from the project team and submit them to the DLP Manager.
Coordinate directly with the main contractor's site team for day-to-day rectification works, escalating unresolved items to the DLP Manager.
Monitor attendance, roster/shift coverage and productivity of the assigned DLP Executives; flag manpower or coverage gaps to the DLP Manager.
Act as first point of escalation for owner/stakeholder complaints on the assigned project, resolving where possible and escalating unresolved matters.
Support onboarding, on-the-job training and mentoring of new DLP Executives joining the project team.
Ensure the project team's correct use of the portal and mobile applications, including photographic evidence of snags and completions.
Maintain the project-level disputed-snag register and support the DLP Manager in preparing evidence for settlement/deduction discussions with the main contractor.
Enforce site HSE, PPE and access/security protocols among the DLP Executives on the assigned project.
Deputize for the DLP Manager on operational, project specific matters as required.
Support the DLP Manager in performance appraisals and disciplinary matters concerning the assigned DLP Executives.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management, or a related field (Diploma with strong relevant experience may be considered).
Minimum 7 years' overall experience, including 3+ years' experience in Handover/DLP or FM operations, with demonstrable experience supervising a site-based team. Fluent in Arabic and English.
Facilities Management / handover or QA-QC related certification preferred (e.g. IWFM, RICS, or equivalent).
Basic HSE / Occupational Health & Safety awareness certificate (e.g. IOSH awareness or equivalent).
First Aid certification (recommended).
Valid UAE driving license (preferred, for multi-site supervision).
