Responsibilities:
Manage DLP service requests assigned by the DLP Team Leader/Manager.
Manage defects reported by owners and any snags reported by stakeholders.
Report daily on service requests received from owners.
Log and route defects reported during the DLP to the main contractor with full tracking.
Utilize the client's systems for operations and reporting.
Support arrangement of regular progress meetings with the main contractor to track DLP close-out.
Escalate unattended or disputed DLP snags to the DLP Team Leader/Manager.
Support the maintenance of the disputed-snag register for final settlement discussions.
Support customer escalations and update customers with work progress.
Interact directly with owners/customers and coordinate with the contractor while addressing service requests.
Check the quality of rectification work and verify completion reports before closing tickets.
Support development of scope of services for external vendors on out-of-scope/disputed items.
Support with evidence and documentation in the event of a dispute.
Utilize the portal and relevant systems for snagging and inspections, including photographic evidence.
Coordinate with the Projects Team and contractors to keep project information current.
Follow up with the Contractor and Projects Team on reported DLP issues.
Attend daily, weekly and periodic meetings with the contractor and Projects Team as directed.
Verify completion and rectification of DLP snags carried out by the Contractor within the assigned scope.
Support additional correspondence required by the client.
Contribute performance data for management reports and presentations.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Handover/DLP operations. Fluent in Arabic and English.
HSE / Occupational Health & Safety induction certificate (site/employer-provided is acceptable).
First Aid certification (recommended).
Snagging/CAFM system training certificate (to be completed during mobilization if not already held).
