Responsibilities:

Serve as the main liaison between the QA Engineers, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders. 

Ensure smooth communication to resolve quality-related issues or concerns in a timely manner.

Supervise the inspections conducted by the QA Team onsite. 

Ensure thorough inspections are carried out across all areas and that proper descriptions of inspections are documented. 

Ensure that all requested inspections are completed within the stipulated timeframes as outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). 

Recognize key challenges and roadblocks in the quality management process on each project and report key issues to the higher management 

Plan and manage resources effectively to ensure that quality inspections and activities are adequately staffed and equipped. 

Provide updates on quality performance and upcoming inspections or audits. 

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related discipline

Minimum 7 years of experience in QA/QC, inspection, or property handover (UAE residential sector)

Strong understanding of construction finishing, MEP integration, and handover workflows

Experience using snagging and project tracking tools

Working knowledge of UAE building codes and quality standards.
