Key Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled workers and technicians with daily construction activities.
• Load, unload, carry, and arrange construction materials and tools.
• Support workers during civil, building, drainage, and other construction activities.
• Perform basic manual work such as digging, lifting, shifting, and cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and site engineers.
• Use basic hand tools safely and correctly.
• Follow company and site health & safety procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
