Required Skills:

1–3 years of experience in analytics, product support, operations, onboarding, or portfolio performance tracking.

Experience working with data, dashboards, portfolio reports, customer onboarding trackers, or operational performance metrics.

Exposure to corporate card products, payments, banking operations, or commercial product teams is preferred.

Comfortable supporting daily execution activities within a client product team and coordinating across internal stakeholders

Able to manage multiple BAU workstreams, track progress, and provide regular updates against agreed priorities.

Strong analytical capability with ability to develop portfolio insights from spend transaction volume, activation, and usage data.

Ability to manage customer onboarding activities and coordinate corporate customer setup on Client internal platforms.

Strong coordination, communication, and follow-through skills to support product, sales, operations, and management stakeholders.

Ability to prepare regular progress updates, dashboards, and management reports with guidance from Client stakeholders.

Understanding of commercial card portfolio performance drivers and ability to support actions that improve activation, usage, and growth.
