Responsibilities:
Provide specialist HSQE advice and guidance.
Promote a positive Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental culture throughout the contract.
Identify HSQE compliance requirements and improvement opportunities.
Support operational teams in resolving HSQE-related issues.
Monitor the effectiveness of HSQE programmes and initiatives.
Drive continual improvement across all HSQE disciplines.
Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Integrated HSQE Management System.
Identify, develop, review, and maintain risk assessments, environmental aspect and impact assessments, and safe systems of work.
Assist in maintaining a comprehensive contract risk register.
Conduct HSQE inductions for new employees, contractors, and visitors.
Ensure workplace inspections are conducted regularly across all operational areas and communicate findings to operational teams and the HSQE Manager.
Conduct routine health, safety, environmental, and quality inspections and audits.
Required Skills:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an HSQE role.
Experience within Facilities Management, Property Management, or related operational environments.
Willingness and ability to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and respond to emergency situations outside normal working hours when required.
Experience conducting inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
Experience in contractor management and compliance monitoring.
Ability to deliver inductions, training, and awareness programmes.
Ability to analyse HSQE data and prepare reports and performance metrics.
Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Qualifications Essential
NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent. Qualifications Desirable
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Qualification.
ISO 14001 Internal Auditor Qualification.
ISO 45001 Internal Auditor Qualification.
Lead Auditor Qualification.
First Aid Certification.
Fire Warden/Marshal Certification.
