Key Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled workers such as masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and technicians.
• Load, unload, carry, and move construction materials and tools.
• Prepare and mix construction materials as instructed.
• Assist with basic construction, installation, and maintenance activities.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers.
• Handle and maintain tools and equipment properly.
• Follow all company health, safety, and site regulations.
• Wear required PPE and maintain safe working practices.
• Perform other general duties assigned by the site supervisor.
