Job Description:

• Install, fabricate, and assemble GI trunking, cable trays, cable ladders, and cable containment systems as per drawings and site requirements.
• Carry out installation of electrical containment systems using proper tools and equipment.
• Measure, cut, bend, and fix GI trunking accurately according to site dimensions.
• Install supports, brackets, hangers, and accessories for cable containment.
• Read and understand electrical drawings, layouts, and installation plans.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and secure fixing of trunking and cable trays.
• Coordinate with electricians and other trades to avoid clashes and ensure smooth installation.
• Assist with cable pulling, dressing, routing, and termination when required.
• Follow site safety procedures, PPE requirements, and electrical safety standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and rectification of installation issues.
• Maintain good housekeeping at the work site.
