Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and operate professional video systems including LED screens, projection systems, video processors, switchers, media servers, and display technologies for events and productions.

Lead video setup and dismantling activities, ensuring all equipment is deployed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with technical drawings and project requirements.

Perform troubleshooting and fault diagnosis of video equipment and systems during preparation, rehearsals, and live event operations to minimize downtime

Supervise and provide technical guidance to Video Technicians, freelancers, and contractors, ensuring adherence to operational standards and best practices.

Conduct testing, commissioning, and quality checks of video systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with client specifications.

Maintain and manage video equipment inventory, including preventive maintenance, repairs, asset tracking, and reporting of equipment deficiencies.

Collaborate with Technical Production Managers, Project Managers, and other technical disciplines to ensure seamless integration of video systems within overall event production requirements.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies, including safe working practices, risk assessments, and proper handling of technical equipment.

Prepare technical documentation and reports, including equipment lists, system diagrams, operation manuals, maintenance records, and post-event reports.

Required Skills:

Should have good computer knowledge and skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.)At least high school.

Fluent in English reading and writing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

AutoCAD work experience.

Proven experience in the installation, operation, and troubleshooting of LED display systems, projection systems, video switchers, media servers, and video processing equipment.
