Job Responsibilities:

• Perform rigging and lifting operations safely and efficiently.
• Inspect and prepare lifting equipment, slings, shackles, chains, and other rigging accessories before use.
• Properly secure and balance loads for lifting and transportation.
• Assist crane operators by providing clear hand signals and effective communication.
• Follow approved lifting plans, method statements, and safety procedures.
• Ensure all lifting equipment and accessories are properly maintained and within valid inspection dates.
• Identify potential hazards and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Work closely with crane operators, supervisors, and other site personnel during lifting activities.
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards and client requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
