Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Professional facilities management or relevant technical certification is preferred.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in Facilities Management or a related integrated services environment, with substantial management responsibility.

Minimum 5 years’ experience managing multi-disciplinary managers and teams, including operational and support functions.

Proven track record of managing large-scale facilities/contracts and leading diverse, multi-cultural workforces.

Demonstrated financial management expertise and ability to achieve budget, service, and business objectives

In-depth knowledge of integrated facilities management, estates/property operations, asset management, hard services, soft services, general services, and security-service interfaces.

Strong knowledge of international best practice and UAE statutory and regulatory requirements governing large properties and facilities.

Advanced understanding of SLA/KPI management, maintenance procedures, risk management, emergency preparedness, fire and life safety, compliance, and quality management.

Strong commercial and financial management capability, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability management.

Proven ability to manage large-scale facilities, complex service contracts, subcontractors, and vendor negotiations.

Strong leadership and people-management capability across multi-disciplined and support functions, including finance and procurement.

Demonstrate analytical, organizational, negotiation, project management, and change-management skills.

Strong client relationship, stakeholder-management, communication, and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.

Proficiency in facilities-management systems and standard Microsoft applications, with the ability to adapt to company systems.

Ability to manage emergencies, make timely decisions and operate effectively in a complex, multi-site and customer-facing environment.
