Responsibilities:
Client Management
Act as the main point of contact for clients on Gahwa, Mansour and other assigned external projects.
Take detailed client briefs and turn them into clear internal briefs covering objectives, deliverables, timelines and budget.
Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, managing their expectations and handling feedback and change requests professionally.
Lead client meetings, status calls and presentations, and circulate minutes and action points promptly.
Project Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments, including Creative Design, Technical Production, Rigging, Operations and Procurement, so that deliverables meet the brief on time.
Build and maintain project trackers, timelines, and critical-path schedules across concurrent projects.
Track approvals for creative, technical, venue and third-party elements, and make sure signoffs are documented.
Support on-site delivery during build, live event and dismantle, resolving client issues in real time.
Commercial & Financial
Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and cost estimates in line with the client's scope.
Monitor project budgets, flag scope creep early and raise variation orders where required.
Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.
Identify opportunities for repeat or additional business with existing clients.
Reporting & Documentation
Keep accurate project records, including briefs, approvals, correspondence and change logs.
Prepare post-event reports and debriefs capturing client feedback, lessons learned and recommendations.
Give regular progress updates to line management on project status, risks and client sentiment.
Required Skills:
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business or a related field.
3–5 years of client servicing or account management experience in an events, experiential, exhibitions or live communication agency.
Proven experience handling multiple concurrent projects for government, semi-government or corporate clients in the UAE/GCC.
Working knowledge of event production processes, including creative, technical, fabrication and logistics.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Arabic is highly preferred given the client base.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to priorities under tight deadlines.
Confident client-facing presence, with diplomacy in handling difficult conversations.
Commercial awareness and comfort working with budgets and quotations.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; project management tools are a plus.
Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends and on-site during event periods.
