Required Skills:

Minimum +7 years of experience in retail leasing, mall leasing or commercial property management, preferably within the UAE.

Proven record of closing retail deals and managing lease renewals.

Experience with F&B, kiosk and pop-up licensing and tenant fit-out coordination.

Experience in university, education, healthcare or other institutional retail environments is an advantage.

Experience working with government or semi-government clients in Abu Dhabi is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. RERA / ADREC broker or leasing certification is an advantage.

Valid UAE driving licence, with willingness to be based in Al Ain and travel across the portfolio as required.

Working knowledge of UAE retail leasing, including Abu Dhabi tenancy law (Law No. 20 of 2006), Tawtheeq registration and ADREC requirements.

Understanding of retail lease structures: base rent, service charge, turnover rent, rent-free and fit-out periods, and security deposits.

Awareness of licensing requirements for retail and F&B operators in Abu Dhabi, and of fit-out and permit-to-work processes in occupied buildings.

Understanding of campus or institutional retail dynamics, such as academic calendar seasonality, student spending patterns and institutional approval processes, is an advantage.

Good command of written and spoken English. Arabic is an advantage.
