Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the telecommunications team, ensuring efficient deployment of resources, continuity of operations, and timely completion of assigned tasks and projects

Oversee the installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunications systems and network infrastructure, including MDF, IDF, structured cabling, wireless connectivity, and related equipment.

Manage internal service requests and technical support activities, ensuring timely response, effective resolution, and adherence to agreed service levels and operational priorities.

Coordinate the execution of internal work orders and telecom-related projects, ensuring work is completed to required quality standards, within approved timelines, and in line with business requirements.

Review and manage team attendance, overtime, shift schedules, and monthly operational reports to ensure optimal workforce utilization.

Monitor team attendance, overtime, shift planning, and operational reporting, ensuring optimum manpower utilization, productivity, and accurate submission of relevant records and reports.

Supervise wireless network infrastructure and connectivity solutions, ensuring proper deployment, configuration, maintenance, and performance of access points and associated systems.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, quality standards, and information security procedures across all telecommunications activities.

Support team capability development through coaching, on-the-job guidance, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technical and service performance.

Manage outsourced contractors and service providers, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, and organizational standards.
