Responsibilities:

Handling IT Equipment delivery for Exhibitions and for in-house employee use.

Installation and maintenance of IT equipment (Laptops, iPads, Printers, Touchscreens, Interactive Screens & Live streaming equipment).

Ensure all equipment within the Client Complex is operated and maintained in an efficient and economic manner.

Maintaining inventory and fixed assets details.

Maintain communication and report day to day operational activities with Team Lead.

Coordinating between clients and vendors to ensure proper communication

Supervising outsourced manpower

Managing the storage of ICS stock in line with Client storage guidelines

Supporting telecom team in providing internet lines and network solutions as and when needed.
