Responsibilities:

The Electronic Engineer is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electronic equipment, instrumentation, and PLC systems across the Cement Plant and Kiln areas.

The role involves executing routine and preventive maintenance in accordance with ISO standards, diagnosing, and resolving electronic and PLC-related issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.
This position provides technical expertise in troubleshooting, system upgrades, and project implementation while working closely with the Unit Head – Electrical & Electronics and cross functional teams.

The engineer supervises the electronic maintenance workforce, enforces safety and environmental compliance, and maintains accurate documentation of equipment history, maintenance activities, and job orders within SAP HANA.
A strong focus is placed on proactive planning, innovation, and staying current with emerging technologies in the Cement industry.

The Engineer ensures uninterrupted plant operations through effective communication, proper spare parts inventory management, and strict adherence to company standards, contributing to a safe, efficient, and delay free working environment.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree holder in Electrical Engineering

Experience in relevant field 5-8 years. 

Cement industries will be preferred.
