Responsibilities:

Overseeing and conducting Health& Safety inspections for venue facilities and events.

Support in formulating Health& Safety procedures and guidelines

Reporting and reviewing all Health& Safety related reports such as inspections, incidents and accidents.

Attending Event plan meetings for all events held in the venues.

Attending Authorities inspections such as DCD, DM and others if required.

To assist in processing the Health& Safety projects.

Other duties as needed or required and deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.

Required Skills:

Bachelors in engineering or Equivalent certification courses

Minimum 5 years in the capacity of Health and Safety.

Computer Literate

Events and Exhibition experience preferred but not required

Good command of Reporting and communication (English)

Understand Technical Specifications

Can prepare an Accident Reports.

Conducting site safety inspections

Monitoring for Health and Safety compliance

Related Safety courses.

IOSH and NEBOSH Certificates Level 3 mandatory

First Aider, & Fire Warden Certified

Train the trainer

OSH Diploma – Advantageous
