Job Description
Must have:
Experience in back or middle office, or customer relation/hospitality
Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel functions, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (spreadsheets functions, documents, slides)
Basic IT literacy (good at and like to using new IT tools)
Native or at least C1 level in English
Good to have:
Experience in secretarial work
Experience in sales or sales assistant
Experience in customer support or call centre
Experience in advertising reports
A person who is ambitious, proactive, and dedicated to their work
As our main communication method is a chat with customers and within the company, we are looking for a person who is talented to respond cheerfully and independently.
