Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Identifying and evaluating prospective clients, to generate new business for the company, both short- and long-term development

Develop strategies to promote, maintain and enhance our reputation in the marketplace

Managing client activities including calls, sales presentations, sales pipelines, sales proposals, and any other aspects of service delivery

Achieving revenue targets, KPIs and overall targets

Working with the service delivery team to transfer new business to an operational front

To establish effective goals, sales targets, and policies that will benefit the organization and increase revenue

To negotiate with the clients regarding business processes, proposals, confidentiality agreement and master service agreement and arrange for execution from the client

To analyses financial statements and audit summaries to oversee the organization’s financial and budgetary activities, so that the business can make recommendations for improvement and see where the company is failing and succeeding in terms of revenue.

To manage sales & business development activities and work out the best way to ensure that the P&L statement looks healthy

To analyse sales report and find ways to cut costs and improve financial performance. This may be through finding a more efficient system for different departments or looking at policies to find ways to cut back on expenditure

To maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage good business relations and networking for future contract opportunities

To contribute to the Marketing campaigns for business leads and ensuring closures

To ensure payment collection and follow up with clientele as per the agreed milestones

Job Requirements

Must have an Engineering Degree (preferably Mechanical).

At least 3 to 15 years of experience in the GCC countries (a minimum of 3 to 5 years in UAE) as a BDM working on technical- blue collar manpower supply project.

Must possess strong Business Development skills with proven track record for growth & achievement.

Thorough knowledge of the technical blue collar related projects and very good connections with OPERATORS, PMCs & EPCs.

Hands on experience in the registration process of manpower services with the Operating Companies etc

Should have basic knowledge on project-based manpower categories for Construction, Operations & Maintenance.

Fair knowledge on the industry standard employment terms, processes, and regulatory compliances.

Knowledge on recruitment and resourcing strategies would be an advantage.

Good managerial skills and matured team playing attitude.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (mainly WORD & EXCEL and some basic knowledge on PPT)

Strong problem solving and negotiation skills

Experience in writing proposals or tenders

 Good communication skills with well spoken & written English.
